in november 2022, hu changqing began to prepare for the exam. he gets up at 6:30 every morning, and spends at least four hours studying every day, excluding time for work, rest, and spending time with his family. "there is no difficulty, i just feel that daily learning is very enjoyable." he collects online learning resources to prepare for professional knowledge, uses english learning software to clock in, and memorizes more than 200 words a day on average. he also takes online courses during meals, commuting, and other fragmented time to learn about the politics of the postgraduate entrance examination.

during the preparation for the exam, hu changqing's faith never wavered. "the chairman of the company insisted on taking the postgraduate entrance examination for three years. his experience inspired me to keep improving." hu changqing said, "my family also supports me. my wife takes good care of the whole family, and my children often cheer me up." hu changqing has two children, one in junior high school and the other in kindergarten. he set an example and encouraged his children to pursue progress. when he received the admission news, the whole family was happy for him.

before officially registering for school on september 11, hu changqing rented a house in wuhan, intending to devote himself to graduate school life. he said: "after returning to campus, i can concentrate more on study and research. since i have taken the first step, i have to complete the rest of the journey."
