car trade-in activities
jinan city actively implements national policy requirements and increases the subsidy standard for scrapping and replacing old cars with new ones. specifically, from april 24, 2024 (inclusive) to december 31, 2024, individual consumers who scrap fuel passenger cars with national emission standards of iii or below or new energy passenger cars registered before april 30, 2018 (inclusive) and purchase new energy passenger cars included in the "catalogue of new energy vehicle models for vehicle purchase tax reduction and exemption" of the ministry of industry and information technology or fuel passenger cars with a displacement of 2.0 liters or less will be given a one-time fixed subsidy.
among them, a subsidy of 20,000 yuan will be given to those who scrap the above two types of old cars and purchase new energy passenger cars; a subsidy of 15,000 yuan will be given to those who scrap fuel passenger cars with national iii emission standards or below and purchase fuel passenger cars with a displacement of 2.0 liters or less.
it should be noted that the corresponding scrapped motor vehicles should be registered in the applicant's name before july 25, 2024; at the same time, during the subsidy application review period, the applicant's newly purchased car should be registered in his or her name.
individual consumers who intend to apply for subsidies for scrapping and replacing old cars with new ones should log in to the national automobile circulation information management system website or log in to the "car trade-in" applet on alipay, wechat, douyin, and quickpass platforms before january 10, 2025, and select the subsidy acceptance place according to the place where the "motor vehicle sales unified invoice" for the purchase of a new car was issued, and fill in and submit the application materials clearly, completely, and accurately.

carry out home appliance trade-in activities
we actively implemented the "implementation plan for promoting home appliances trade-in in shandong province" issued by the shandong provincial department of commerce and other four departments, and formulated and issued the "implementation rules for promoting home appliances trade-in in jinan city". on september 15, jinan city's new round of home appliance trade-in subsidy activities was officially launched, and the activity will last until december 31 this year.
consumers can participate in the activity by selling their old appliances and buying new ones or directly purchasing new ones. the scope of subsidized home appliances has been increased to 8 common categories of home appliances (refrigerators, washing machines, televisions, air conditioners, computers, water heaters, household stoves, and range hoods). the purchase of home appliances with level 2 energy efficiency or above will receive a 15% subsidy, while the purchase of home appliances with level 1 energy efficiency or above will receive a 20% subsidy. the maximum subsidy for a single appliance is 2,000 yuan.
so far, jinan has issued 20.9434 million yuan in subsidies for the replacement of old home appliances, and 21,449 home appliances have been sold, with a sales amount of 113 million yuan. citizens who need to replace old appliances can search for "quancheng home appliance replacement service platform" through apps such as cloud quickpass and wechat to enter the mini program to learn about and participate in the event.
actively prepare for home improvement and electric bicycle trade-in
