after the public security organ accepted the case, it imposed a 10-day administrative detention on the suspect and did not file a criminal case. the court discovered the clue during work and after review, it believed that lele, as a minor, could not escape in the closed space of the taxi, and the driver's behavior constituted forced indecency. according to article 237 of the criminal law of the people's republic of china, "anyone who uses violence, coercion or other means to forcibly molest others or insult women may be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than five years or criminal detention. if a crowd or a public place commits the crime in the preceding paragraph in public, or if there are other serious circumstances, the sentence shall be fixed-term imprisonment of not less than five years." therefore, the court sent a "supervision case filing letter" to the public security organ, requesting the public security organ to file a case for investigation. at present, the case has been transferred to the court for further handling.
