in accordance with the national refined oil price formation mechanism and in combination with the changes in international oil prices in recent periods, the national development and reform commission has decided to lower domestic refined oil prices from 24:00 on september 20, 2024. that is, on the basis of the current prices, the prices of gasoline and diesel will be reduced by 365 yuan and 350 yuan per ton, respectively.
after this adjustment of refined oil prices, the national vib standard no. 89 gasoline in the whole region was adjusted from 7.19 yuan/liter to 6.92 yuan/liter, a decrease of 0.27 yuan per liter; no. 92 gasoline was adjusted from 7.72 yuan/liter to 7.43 yuan/liter, a decrease of 0.29 yuan per liter; no. 95 gasoline was adjusted from 8.34 yuan/liter to 8.03 yuan/liter, a decrease of 0.31 yuan per liter; national vi standard no. 0 diesel was adjusted from 7.38 yuan/liter to 7.08 yuan/liter, a decrease of 0.30 yuan per liter.
after the price adjustment, consumers' travel costs have been reduced. based on the 50l capacity of a general household car's fuel tank, a full tank of 92-grade gasoline will cost about 14.5 yuan less than before the price adjustment; a full tank of 95-grade gasoline will cost about 15.5 yuan less than before the price adjustment. based on a large truck with a fuel tank capacity of 160 liters, a full tank of gasoline will cost 48 yuan less.
this round of price adjustment is the eighth reduction in domestic refined oil prices in 2024, and it is also the largest reduction. the previous largest reduction was 305 yuan/ton for gasoline and 290 yuan/ton for diesel. after this reduction, the price adjustment of refined oil products this year showed a pattern of "seven increases, eight decreases and four stagnations", and domestic gasoline and diesel prices have wiped out all the gains this year.
according to the "ten working days" principle, the next round of price adjustment window will be 24:00 on october 10, 2024.
