an eyewitness told red star news that the incident happened around 9 a.m. he was waiting for the traffic light at the intersection when he heard a bang and found a white car crashing into the non-motor vehicle waiting area. several electric vehicles were hit and some people fell to the ground, including a child lying on the ground motionless. he quickly called the police and 120 emergency number.
