when a transport truck loaded with medical waste enters the factory, as soon as the door of the truck is opened, the robotic arm responsible for unloading the truck will start quickly, take a picture of the turnover box through its own visual recognition system, and automatically grab it. the turnover box is then placed on the conveyor line.

as the turnover boxes move along the conveyor line, the medical waste is poured into the sterilization cart one by one.every 6 sterilization carts form a group and automatically enter the high-temperature steam treatment system for continuous sterilization treatment under 134 degrees celsius and 220 kpa conditions.at the same time, the turnover boxes are automatically transported to the cleaning and disinfection workshop for cleaning and disinfection.

the orderly operation of each link of medical waste disposal is inseparable from the control of the intelligent "brain" control room. here, the intelligent software platform can monitor all operating parameters in real time and display them on the large screen. the platform can also issue early warnings on the process operation status in time to avoid system overload. yang hongfen said,"in the future, except for the occasional inspectors, there will be no human presence in the entire workshop, making it a true 'unmanned factory'.
