at about 5 p.m. on the 17th, mr. zhan from shuimogou district, urumqi, told jimu news that he lived on the 14th floor of the community. at 4:33 p.m. that day, he suddenly felt the lights at home shaking noticeably, which lasted for about 4 seconds, and his first reaction was that it was an earthquake. however, he did not feel any other movement at home, and other furniture including the fish tank was also normal, so he was not afraid and did not go downstairs to avoid danger.
