the 10th golden autumn fengwei food culture festival in fengtai district has kicked off, and the "fengtai old stores" map has been officially released. the first batch of 34 old stores invite citizens to taste the history and culture of fengtai and feel the happiness and satisfaction brought by food.
this year, fengtai district launched the "fengtai old stores" map by exploring the district's brand restaurants with certain historical heritage, cultural characteristics and technical strength, high-quality products and services, efficient management and wide social recognition. the first batch of 34 old stores are divided into seven recognition time nodes of 10 years, 15 years, 20 years, 25 years, 30 years, 35 years and 40 years, including beijing xinfa hotel, xingji roujiamo, yulin roast duck restaurant, etc.
at the golden autumn fengtai food culture festival, eight "fengtai old shops" including liuchixiang new anhui cuisine, mengdu restaurant, chending shuihui, beiping food palace, bayinhao riwa restaurant, futianxia roast duck, wanfeng snacks, and yixiufang displayed and promoted their special dishes. beijing's time-honored brands xiaochang chen and bbq liu also demonstrated on site, and nearly a hundred special delicacies were on display.
the finals of the fengtai district catering industry employee skills competition, sponsored by the fengtai district catering and accommodation service industry association and the fengtai district federation of trade unions, were also held at the food festival. 29 chefs from 26 catering companies competed on site and contributed a series of autumn delicacies.
"during the golden autumn fengwei food culture festival, we will launch the '1+3+n' consumption theme activities. 1 refers to the main venue of the opening ceremony of mengdu restaurant, and 3 refers to the three major theme activities of the 2nd donggaodian food festival, the autumn catering ingredients tasting conference, and the fengtai district catering industry employee skills competition. we will also organize fengtai's old stores to launch various preferential activities to allow citizens to enjoy the benefits." mu huiyan, president of the fengtai district catering and accommodation services industry association, introduced that the golden autumn fengwei food culture festival will last until october 20.
