recently, beijing benz automotive co., ltd. filed a recall plan with the state administration for market regulation in accordance with the requirements of the regulations on the management of recall of defective automobile products and the implementation measures for the regulations on the management of recall of defective automobile products. from october 25, 2024, some domestically produced c-class cars with production dates between september 5, 2023 and november 11, 2023 will be recalled, totaling 8,622 vehicles.
due to manufacturing deviations in the rear beam towing ring connection bushings of some vehicles within the scope of this recall, the towing ring may not be fully screwed into the rear beam towing ring connection hole. when using the rear towing device for towing operations, it is possible that the connection may become loose, posing a safety hazard.
beijing benz automotive co., ltd. will check the size of the rear crossbeam towing ring connecting bushing for vehicles within the recall scope free of charge through mercedes-benz authorized dealers. if the size does not meet the requirements, the rear crossbeam will be replaced to eliminate safety hazards.

recently, faw-volkswagen automotive co., ltd. filed a recall plan with the state administration for market regulation in accordance with the requirements of the regulations on the management of recall of defective automobile products and the implementation measures for the regulations on the management of recall of defective automobile products. it was decided to recall some imported audi e-tron series vehicles produced between august 7, 2019 and october 9, 2019, totaling 226 vehicles, from october 10, 2024.
for some vehicles covered by this recall, due to deviations in the supplier's manufacturing process, the push rod threaded connection between the brake pedal and the brake booster may become loose, causing the brake pedal stroke to increase. in extreme cases, the bolt connection may become loose, affecting braking performance and posing a safety hazard.
faw-volkswagen automotive co., ltd. will entrust audi authorized dealers to replace the optimized brake boosters for vehicles within the recall scope free of charge to eliminate safety hazards.
