in order to implement the science and technology innovation leading project (su song project) in depth, gather technological innovation projects and top talent teams, guide high-quality capital investment to empower future industrial development, accelerate the cultivation and development of new quality productivity, and provide strong support for the creation of a national regional science and technology innovation center, xiamen city held the second "su song cup" future industry technology innovation competition.
this competition will focus on three tracks: future information, future materials, and future health. a number of high-quality projects will be selected from across the country to be implemented in xiamen. the competition will produce the top 60 "su song cup" national teams.

ii. participation requirements
the participating projects are divided into two categories: start-up enterprises and achievement transformation, and must be projects outside xiamen. achievement project category 1. it must be an achievement transformation project of an innovative team of a university or research institute (with a focus on recruiting "double first-class" and provincial and ministerial universities, the chinese academy of sciences and provincial and ministerial research institutes); 2. the core intellectual property rights of the registered project come from universities or research institutes (authorized patents, national or provincial and ministerial science and technology project approvals, papers); 3. at least one of the core members of the team is an in-service researcher at a university or research institute. start-up enterprise category 1. recruit technology-based companies that have registered companies and have achievements or products nationwide (registration time is within 5 years, and projects that have obtained at least one round of financing are focused on recruiting);
2. participating companies must have independent intellectual property rights, no property rights disputes with third parties, and no bad records.
3. schedule planning
competition launch, publicity and registration: in september, this competition will focus on attracting team talents and projects in the three key development industries of future information, future materials, and future health. participants must register online through the official website or follow the entrepreneurship competition guide subscription account to register. preliminary round: in early october, experts will be invited to conduct online reviews of the registered projects in the preliminary round, and no less than 150 projects will be selected to participate in the semi-finals. semi-final: in late october, the semi-finals will be conducted in a combination of "online + offline" formats, and industry experts, investment institutions, and university mentors will be invited to form a review team to select no less than 60 projects to enter the national finals. finals: november
invite industry experts offline to provide professional guidance to the projects that advance to the finals. hold the finals of the second "su song cup" future industry technology innovation competition, select the winners of each award, and present awards/platforms to the winning projects and institutional partners.
iv. award setting and policy support
awards
first prize (science and technology star award): ¥1 million/entry for the first place in each track; second prize (entrepreneurship pioneer award): ¥600,000/entry for the second, third and fourth place in each track;
third prize (innovation potential award): ¥300,000/entry for the fifth to tenth place in each track.
policy support
in addition to the prize money, participating projects will have the opportunity to receive the following policy support:
1. enterprises that meet the requirements of xiamen's industrial support and are located in xiamen can obtain supporting support such as funds and venues from various districts (refer to the relevant policies of each district for implementation);
2. overseas students who start their own business can receive support from the overseas students entrepreneurship guidance fund;
3. obtain support from xiamen science and technology bureau for enterprise r&d expenses and technology credit loans;
4. priority will be given to the competition's cooperative investment funds, financial service institutions and venture capital institutions for equity investment and loan credit;
5. provide corresponding tax incentives for high-tech achievement transformation projects, high-tech enterprises, technologically advanced service enterprises, etc.;
6. participating companies or projects can be linked to mentors, industries, funds, media and other resources in one stop;
7. for enterprise projects, we can provide "industry-finance docking" services, and can deeply connect with investment institutions participating in the competition, local leading enterprises, listed companies and other resources;
8. achievement projects can obtain personalized support such as seed funding, product verification, business consulting, and entrepreneurship education through the "xiamen future industry concept verification service center" established in xiamen science city;

5. event registration
the participating projects shall provide a business plan (pdf format) and related supporting materials as the entry materials. the contents of the project plan shall be complete and true, and shall at least include the following contents: 1. material requirements: project name, project introduction, core team introduction, industry and market analysis, product (service) content, technological (or model) advancement, marketing or sales strategy, financial forecast, risks and countermeasures, and other contents. 2. if there are supporting materials and attachments, please refer to the format requirements of the pictures (jpg format files); for other supporting materials and attachments, please refer to the instructions in the registration system when uploading supplementary materials.
