the public information shows that the planned plot is located in the liangxiang group of fangshan district, east to changyu south street, south to baiyang east road, west to xueyuan south street, north to zhixing west road, and in the southeast corner of the main campus of liangxiang university city. the research scope of the project land is about 50.96 hectares, including 5.13 hectares of park green land and 45.83 hectares of land for higher education institutions. the total building scale of the land for higher education institutions is about 415,700 square meters, with a building density of 30%, a greening rate of 35%, and a volume ratio of 0.91. the building height limit of the project land is 36 meters, and the local high point does not exceed 45 meters.
the reporter learned that starting this year, capital normal university has officially opened the new liangxiang campus. most first-year students need to study at the liangxiang campus for one year and then return to the west third ring road campus in the second year.
in addition, fangshan district will build a "garden-style university town" with a total area of about 200,000 square meters, involving liangxiang university town and changyang district. after the completion of the "garden-style university town" characteristic greenway system and the overall greenway network in the central area of fangshan new town, it will connect 5 universities, 9 subway stations, 5 business districts, radiate 20 important parks and forest green spaces along the line, and further promote the construction of an ecological system of blue-green interweaving and urban-green integration in liangxiang university town.
