recently, the second meeting of the 2024 beijing-tianjin-hebei elderly care coordination special working group was held in langfang, hebei. reporters learned from the meeting that with the opening of the cross-regional payment channel for beijing's elderly care service subsidies, beijing-based elderly people can also use disability care subsidies to pay for bed fees and nursing fees in other places. at present, there are 5,264 beijing-based elderly people living in elderly care institutions in hebei and tianjin, including 5,127 in hebei and 137 in tianjin.
since the beginning of this year, beijing has accelerated the coordinated development of pension policies, projects, talents, medical care, regions and industries in the beijing-tianjin-hebei region. among them, beijing has launched the beijing pension service subsidy online payment mini program based on unionpay's "quickpass app", opening up a cross-regional payment channel for disability care subsidies, so that beijing-based elderly people who are living in other places can use disability care subsidies to pay for bed fees and nursing fees. according to preliminary statistics, 5,264 beijing-based elderly people have been admitted to tianjin and hebei pension institutions, including 5,127 in hebei and 137 in tianjin.
in terms of promoting project coordination, beijing continues to guide beijing-based elderly people to live in tianjin and hebei. it is understood that the online signing of elderly care service contracts in beijing, tianjin and hebei has been launched. currently, 282 elderly care institutions in tianjin and hebei have been included in the scope of online contract signing, and 206 online contracts have been signed.
in the next step, beijing, tianjin and hebei will continue to deepen policy coordination, establish a mechanism for the intercommunication of nursing home rating results, and uniformly publish and display high-quality nursing homes in tianjin and hebei on the beijing elderly care service network, providing more high-quality and low-cost options for beijing-based elderly people in other places for elderly care; jointly promote standardization construction, revise the beijing local standard "specifications for comprehensive assessment of the abilities of the elderly" in line with national standards, and reach basic consistency with the assessment conclusions of tianjin and hebei; and comprehensively promote the online signing of contracts for beijing-based elderly people to stay in nursing homes in beijing, tianjin and hebei.
in terms of talent training for elderly care services in beijing, tianjin and hebei, the three regions will jointly hold the second online training for elderly care service talents in beijing, tianjin and hebei, and hold different types of training courses for nursing home directors, managers, elderly care workers, etc. the three regions will strengthen the mutual promotion and co-construction of elderly care service talent teams, and plan to set up 10 training bases and 10 internship bases in beijing, tianjin and hebei.
in addition, the three places will further deepen the regular verification mechanism for information of elderly people living in other places in beijing, tianjin and hebei, ensure that the issuance of operating subsidies and other work is fast and accurate; strengthen the information review of nursing homes, and provide more accurate and high-quality choices for the elderly in the three places to live in other places; optimize the regional elderly capacity assessment work, and create convenient conditions for the elderly to choose to live in other places.
