in recent years, such "private releases" have occurred from time to time. the animals released include turtles, snakes, birds, fish, shrimps, crabs, etc., which have brought negative impacts to the ecological environment within a certain range. it is reported that some people's blind release of fish has led to a large number of dead fish appearing in the suzhou river in shanghai. this year, a "new record" of one ton of dead fish was caught in one day. this kind of chaos is shocking and needs to be rectified in accordance with the law.
