a reporter from china industrial and commercial news learned from the henan provincial department of human resources and social security that from september 12 to november 30, a joint recruitment event for college graduates in large and medium-sized cities across the country will be held. the purpose is to build an exchange platform for college graduates of 2025 and previous unemployed college graduates and various employers with recruitment needs.
during the event, various parts of our province will flexibly hold professional, precise, small-scale, industry-specific, customized offline recruitment activities in a combination of online and offline methods; continue to launch various industry-specific, regional and online special recruitments for different talent categories; organize cross-regional recruitment fairs in cities with a large number of universities, a large number of graduates, and high employment pressure; organize employment and entrepreneurship guidance experts to enter campuses, enterprises, and industrial parks to carry out diversified employment services such as employment policy publicity and interpretation, employment guidance, and employment internships; and carry out typical promotion activities for outstanding career graduates.
it is reported that the joint recruitment of college graduates in large and medium-sized cities across the country was initiated by the ministry of human resources and social security. it has been held for 10 consecutive sessions and is divided into two special sessions in spring and autumn. it has become a "national" signboard for employment of college graduates and other young people.
