wang jing retrieved the property surveillance video and found a man with suspicious behavior. the community security guard identified the man as mr. zhao who lived on the 11th floor. wang jingzhe then went to mr. zhao's home to question him. faced with the arrival of the police, mr. zhao seemed quite confused. he explained that he had just received a charger, but it was taken from his electric bike, and he was not aware of the theft of ms. wang's charger.
