back then, out of trust and confidence in luo yonghao and to protect his desperate self-esteem, when i mortgaged my house to lend him a loan, i did not ask luo yonghao to sign any agreement, guarantee measures or iou. i also did not keep any bank documents and the loan agreement signed and sealed by luo (it was all handled by his subordinates).

after many years, luo yonghao was lucky enough to think that there was no trace left. he bet that i had no evidence to prove that the house was mortgaged to the bank in order to lend money to luo yonghao, so he dared to lie in public with confidence and denied that i had ever mortgaged the house to lend him money.

luo yonghao said that when smartisan technology was short of production funds, it had an operating loan from a beijing bank. the bank required us to provide asset mortgage. an old friend of mine helped provide three houses as mortgage, and zheng gang also helped provide a house as mortgage.

using four houses as collateral, smartisan technology obtained a total of 49 million yuan in operating loans. however, these loans had been repaid to the bank long before smartisan technology's incident (the last loan repayment date was february 6, 2018), andthe mortgages on the four houses were also cancelled accordingly.

although zheng gang was well aware of these facts, in order to morally blackmail me and mislead the public with his tragic performance, he deliberately mixed up the facts to create confusion. he said that the 15 million yuan that zihui lent to smartisan technology (and originally both parties had agreed to use the money for debt-to-equity swap) was the money he lent me by mortgaging his house.

it made people mistakenly believe that i was defaulting on his debt, that i was defaulting on the money he had mortgaged his house to save his life, and even made many people mistakenly believe that the house was still mortgaged and could not be redeemed.

because this rumor has spread widely on the internet, i would like to reiterate here: the 15 million yuan that zheng gang's fund lent to smartisan technology on a public-to-public basis was a huge help to us back then. no matter how disgusting and ugly the subsequent grievances were, i am still very grateful for this.

although i have not made any personal guarantee, i am willing to do live streaming to sell goods on behalf of smartisan technology to repay the money to zheng gang's company.
