the total land area of the xiongan campus of beijing institute of technology is 44.71 hectares. the total land area of the xiongan campus of beijing language and culture university is 47.31 hectares. the total land area of the xiongan campus of communication university of china is 56.65 hectares. the total land area of the xiongan campus of north china electric power university is about 75.47 hectares. the total land area of the xiongan campus of beijing university of aeronautics and astronautics is 33.14 hectares.
the five universities are located close to each other, showing a clustering trend. among them, the xiongan campuses of beijing language and culture university, huadian university, and beihang university are all close to the city road ea1 (i.e. the west extension of haiyue avenue). in the future, the first group of the starting area may become another "university town" in xiongan new area. at present, the xiongan campuses of four universities, including beijing jiaotong university, beijing university of science and technology, beijing forestry university, and china university of geosciences (beijing), have started construction.
