how should chongqing accelerate the creation of a 100 billion-level aerospace information industry cluster? on september 3, at the international aerospace information industry ecological conference, yang chunzhi, chairman of chongqing digital economy innovation development co., ltd. (referred to as chongqing digital innovation park), proposed to promote the systematic innovation, large-scale application and factorization of beidou aerospace data.

in yang chunzhi's view, promoting the large-scale application of beidou is a key factor in the development of the aerospace information industry at this stage. this involves five aspects: creating platform-level or industry-level scenarios; transitioning from construction to operation; innovating construction models and operating mechanisms; establishing a capability evaluation system; designing the interest structure of participants and exploring sustainable business models. however, it is not easy to promote the implementation of these matters. this requires cross-departmental collaboration and can only be achieved through systematic innovation in concepts, technologies, systems, organizations, and models.
"from the perspective of the elementalization of aerospace data, promoting the integration of 'communication, navigation and remote sensing' is the main path to develop the aerospace information industry," yang chunzhi believes.
this requires solving the main problems faced by the factorization of aerospace data, including: the inability to circulate and trade original data on a large scale, the irreconcilable contradiction between the security and circulation of original data, and the difficulty in "decoupling" original data from data applications.
so, how to solve these problems? yang chunzhi suggested that there are three key points. first, a systematic technical architecture system must be established; second, specific application scenarios must be created, and it is not possible to simply say that product applications have different requirements for different products and data; third, there must be a compliance system guarantee.
