recently, my countrythe first large-scale trailing suction dredger to adopt lng dual-fuel power systemthe "new sturgeon" has successfully completed all sea trials, and the test results meet the design standards. this indicates that the performance of the "new sturgeon" has met the operational conditions and entered the countdown stage for delivery.
the "xin hai sturgeon" was invested and built by cccc dredging. it has a total length of 155.7 meters, a beam of 30 meters, a depth of 13.5 meters, and a designed maximum mud tank capacity of 16,808 cubic meters. the ship is equipped with a 1,550 cubic meter lng double-ear tank, which can meet the gas consumption for 14 consecutive days under construction conditions.
during the two-day trial, the "new sturgeon" completed functional tests such as dredging tests in gas mode. the dual-fuel ship power unit has basically the same power indicators as diesel engines. in lng mode, it can reduce 90% of nitrogen oxides and 20% of carbon dioxide emissions, eliminate sulfur oxides and particulate matter emissions, meet the emission requirements of the international maritime organization, and the ship's performance, environmental protection indicators, and technical level have reached the international leading level.
the "new sturgeon" can achieve"one-click dredging" andeffectintelligent optimization, "unmanned dredging" can be carried out under typical working conditions.ai replaces manual operations, effectively improving dredging safety and efficiency.
it is reported that after the "new sturgeon" is put into production, it will start the application of lng clean energy in my country's dredging ships, filling the gap in the application of lng power in my country's dredging industry. it will also make positive contributions to my country's realization of the "3060" dual carbon goals on schedule, and lead and promote the green transformation and development of my country's dredging industry.
