in addition, according to the content of the notice, this adjustment also raised the entry threshold for merchants with "10 billion subsidies". it clearly stated that if a store violates the rules of selling counterfeit goods, violates the "pinduoduo product description and quality inspection rules", or fails to meet the logistics performance standards, the platform has the right to take measures such as downgrading, blocking, deleting, removing from shelves, and banning sales of some or all of the store's products or information, and has the right to cancel the merchant's activity qualifications and/or remove the activity products from the activity resource position, and prohibit the merchant from participating in the activity for a certain period of time (at least 6 months) or permanently.
