beijing science center (hereinafter referred to as the "center") is a public institution directly under the beijing association for science and technology. it is a large-scale science museum that provides public science services to the public. according to the "implementation measures for the public recruitment of staff in beijing's public institutions" (beijing human resources and social security special technology development [2010] no. 102) and other documents, combined with the actual work needs of the center, we are now publicly recruiting 2 public institution staff members. the relevant matters are announced as follows:
1. requirements for candidates
(1) abide by the constitution and laws and have good conduct;
(2) physical conditions that meet the requirements of the position;
(iii) social personnel: those who are included in the national unified enrollment plan (excluding targeted and commissioned students) and have obtained a master's degree or above, have a permanent residence in beijing, and have personnel administrative relations and files in beijing (excluding non-beijing graduates whose household registration files are retained in the school);
beijing-based fresh graduates: 2024 beijing-based fresh graduates from ordinary higher education institutions who are included in the national unified enrollment plan (excluding targeted and commissioned training) and have graduated on time and obtained a master's degree or above; or returned overseas students who have obtained a master's degree or above from abroad (overseas) between september 10, 2023 and the time of registration and have completed certification by the ministry of education's overseas study service center, have a permanent residence in beijing and have not signed a labor (employment) contract;
(iv) age, education background, degree, major, work experience, professional title and other requirements for the recruitment position;
(v) comply with relevant provisions of the avoidance system and meet other requirements of the position.
ii. registration method
this recruitment adopts the method of online registration and qualification review. each candidate is limited to one position. send the electronic version of the application materials to [email protected] in winrar compressed file format. the email subject and compressed file should be named "applying department + applied position + name". after sending the application documents, the applicant should contact the human resources department of beijing science center in time to confirm whether they have been successfully received. the qualification review results will be published on the website of beijing association for science and technology (https://www.bast.net.cn/) and beijing science center (https://www.bjsc.net.cn/), and the admission ticket and other information will be published at the same time. candidates can download and fill in the admission ticket information by themselves. 1. application deadline: 17:00, september 10, 2024 (tuesday)
2. requirements for application materials:
1. download and complete the "beijing science center open recruitment application form" (appendix 2) by yourself, attach a 1-inch recent bareheaded color photo in the upper right corner of the application form, sign the integrity commitment column, and submit the word version and pdf version scanned copies at the same time;
2. scanned copies of household registration booklet (including the first page, personal page, and change page), and id card (front and back);
3. scanned copies of academic qualifications and degree certificates and electronic versions of academic qualifications and degree certification. for academic qualifications and degree certification, please log in to the china higher education student information and career center (www.chsi.com.cn) to download the electronic versions of the "electronic registration and record form for academic qualifications certificates of the ministry of education" and "online verification report of higher education degrees in china". overseas students can log in to the ministry of education's overseas study service center (www.cscse.edu.cn) to download the electronic version of the "foreign academic qualifications and degrees certification";
4. fresh graduates are required to submit a scanned copy of their academic transcripts (stamped by the academic affairs department) and a scanned copy of the graduate employment recommendation form (stamped by the school’s graduate employment department);
5. social personnel need to submit an electronic version of the "social insurance personal rights and interests record" (from the date of joining the work to the present) and a scanned copy of the professional and technical qualification certificate required by the job requirements;
6. scanned copies of other award certificates, works and other relevant materials that can prove one’s ability.
the materials provided by applicants should be authentic and valid. anyone who provides false information or forges relevant materials will be disqualified from the application immediately once discovered, and those who have completed the employment procedures will have their employment cancelled. the applicant shall bear all consequences arising therefrom.
3. application process:
1. fill in the application form and submit the application materials;
2. center qualification review;
3. the website will publish the list of candidates who are eligible to take the written test.
3. written examination
the written test is closed-book and the full score is 100 points.

the specific arrangements for the examinations will be announced through the websites of beijing association for science and technology and beijing science center.
3. results query
the written test score is based on a 100-point system, and the passing score is 60 points. the written test results will be announced within 30 days after the written test. please log in to the website of beijing association for science and technology and beijing science center to check the results. for each recruitment position, the ratio of the number of people to be recruited to the number of people to be interviewed is 1:5, and the candidates for interview are determined in order from high to low scores according to the written test scores. those with scores below the passing score will not be interviewed. for positions that do not meet the 1:5 ratio, the actual number of people with scores not below the passing score will participate in the interview.
iv. interview
organize qualification review. candidates are requested to bring the original documents submitted when registering. candidates who pass the qualification review will enter the interview, which will be recorded in full. the specific time and location of the interview and the specific arrangements for the qualification review will be notified by the center separately.
the interview score is based on a 100-point system, with a passing score of 60 points. the written test score and interview score are weighted 40% and 60% respectively into the comprehensive score. the interview and comprehensive scores will be announced on the websites of beijing association for science and technology and beijing science center for 7 working days. for each recruitment position, the candidates who have passed the interview will be determined according to the ranking order of the comprehensive scores in a 1:1 ratio to participate in the inspection and physical examination.
within 10 working days after the interview test, the interview and comprehensive results will be announced on the websites of beijing association for science and technology and beijing science center, and the candidates for inspection and physical examination will be preliminarily determined.
v. inspection, physical examination and publicity
the center organizes inspection and physical examination work. the inspection content mainly includes the ideological and political performance, moral character, professional ability, work performance, etc. of the applicants.
candidates who pass the investigation and physical examination will be determined as candidates for employment, and the list will be announced on the websites of beijing association for science and technology and beijing science center for 7 working days. after the announcement begins, if there are vacancies in the recruitment positions, they will not be postponed. those who have no objections to the announcement will go through the transfer procedures in accordance with relevant regulations.
applicants should cooperate in completing the inspection, physical examination, transfer and other work within the time limit and requirements specified by the center. if they fail to complete the work within the specified time limit and requirements, their application will be cancelled.
6. matters that need explanation
(i) from the time of qualification review to the end of recruitment, candidates should ensure that the telephone number they provided when registering is accessible. if the candidate cannot be notified due to poor telephone contact, the consequences will be borne by the candidate himself.
(ii) after the announcement of the candidates for employment and no objection is raised, the candidates must assist the center in completing the entry procedures in a timely manner.
