the air-conditioning configuration of public primary and secondary school classrooms (function rooms) is one of hainan's provincial-level livelihood projects in 2024. in order to implement this livelihood project well, wanning city has made advance plans according to the work requirements of the provincial department of education. in 2023, it has commissioned a professional third-party design unit to conduct on-site surveys of 22 town central schools and comprehensive middle schools with more than 200 students, including wancheng primary school, and completed the survey and estimation of funds for air-conditioning configuration and supporting power facilities transformation.

in this work, wanning city launched the 2024 public primary and secondary school classroom (function room) air conditioning configuration and power distribution transformation project, which will equip 762 classrooms (function rooms) in 22 schools with 1,597 air conditioners and transform the school's power distribution facilities. after completion, it will benefit approximately 24,914 students.
