yesterday, the shunyi chaobai river navigation project was officially opened to the public, surrounding fengbo bridge and henan village gate bridge, forming a beautiful loop of about 6 kilometers. visitors can take a pleasure boat and leisurely shuttle on the blue waves, feel the tranquility and harmony of the water city, and appreciate the beautiful scenery on both sides of the chaobai river and the unique urban style of shunyi.

pier no. 1 is located in the riverside forest park in shunyi district. in the small square in front of the pier, special copper-plated floor tiles are engraved with special texts, telling the changes of chaobai river in different historical periods. "the first route is officially open to navigation. we invited 20 advanced role models from shunyi district as special guests to take the first cruise." a relevant person in charge of shunyi district cultural tourism group said, "the chaobai river navigation project is a special project in the construction of the grand canal cultural belt in beijing. this year marks the tenth anniversary of the successful application of the grand canal for world heritage status. the official opening of the chaobai river navigation project will add a new name card to the grand canal cultural belt."

accompanied by the cool breeze, the antique pleasure boat slowly sailed out from pier 1 of shunyi forest park. along the way, the lush greenery of the riverside forest park, the exquisite beauty of the urban garden community and the charming scenery on both sides of the chaobai river complement each other.

the planned route of the chaobai river navigation project is the section from fengbo bridge to liugezhuang bridge on the chaobai river. the loop is about 14 kilometers long and is divided into upstream and downstream by henan village lock bridge. at present, only the upstream route is open, that is, starting from the no. 1 caoyun wharf, circling fengbo bridge and henan village lock bridge, with a total length of about 6 kilometers and a duration of about 40 minutes. the downstream route and the full route will be opened later.
