in order to plan, build and manage rural areas well, the haidian district agriculture and rural affairs bureau implemented standardized village management and maintenance in 24 planned and preserved villages in the district, promoted the effective management and maintenance of rural infrastructure, significantly improved the living environment, and allowed villagers to enjoy the same quality of refined management and services as urban residents.
as a planned and preserved village, yongtai village actively implements standardized village maintenance. in the past, the village was not only short of staff in daily maintenance, but also lacked standardization and professionalism, making it difficult to meet the needs of villagers. this year, the village launched standardized maintenance, realized property management in the village, and fully included 16 items in three categories, including infrastructure and public service facility maintenance, village cleaning, and public security and fire protection, into the scope of village maintenance.
