according to reports, "jabar" is the first pusher and tugboat to enter the classification in heilongjiang province. the ship is a square-tailed, flat-headed, deep-tunnel, medium-sized, steel-structured pusher and tugboat used to push and pull diesel barges or ordinary dry cargo barges with a flash point greater than 60°c not exceeding 3,000 dwt, with a fleet speed greater than 13 km/h. the ship has completed sea trials in the early stage, and all verification items have met the standards, and it is ready for navigation.
