After obtaining the "direct blood relative" indicator, you need to go to the public security traffic police department to handle the transfer registration within the jurisdiction (that is, transfer within the city). According to relevant regulations, before applying for transfer registration, the road traffic safety violations and traffic accidents involving the vehicle must be handled.

1. Real vehicle inspection

Complete the handling of vehicle violations and accidents in advance, and release any mortgages. Conduct a real vehicle inspection at the inspection point. Hand over the motor vehicle for inspection on site and provide the following materials:

2. Submit your application

3. Number Selection and Payment

After the review is passed, complete the number selection and payment steps in the "My Application" module, and wait for the license plate and documents to be mailed and delivered (3-5 working days).

4. Receiving license

① If the archival materials are not collected by the inspection point, please prepare the second-hand car transaction invoice, original registration certificate, original driving license and other materials, and wait for the courier to collect them;

② Check the license plate, motor vehicle registration certificate, driving license and other certificates, and install the license plate in a timely manner.

When transferring ownership, you can first issue a second-hand car transaction invoice, then go to the actual vehicle inspection point for inspection, and apply for vehicle transfer online through the "Police Uncle" APP after passing the inspection. Special reminder: Xiao Ming needs to re-select the license plate, and Xiao Ming's father's original license plate can no longer be used by Xiao Ming. After the car is transferred to Xiao Ming, his father will not be able to apply for an updated quota.

No. If one spouse transfers the registered passenger car in this city to the other spouse, there is no need to apply for a quota. Instead, the spouse can go to the public security traffic police department to handle the change registration. When applying, both spouses must jointly apply and provide the following materials:

1. Motor vehicle registration certificate;

(2) Motor vehicle driving license;

(3) Valid identification documents of both spouses;

(iv) Marriage certificate or household register proving the marital relationship.

This service does not require vehicle inspection. If the marriage relationship has lasted for one year, the original motor vehicle license plate number can be used to handle the change of spouses. If the above conditions are not met, the original license plate must be reclaimed and a new number must be selected.
