Guiyang.com Jiaxiu NewsOn August 27, the "Digital Government" exchange event of the 2024 Big Data Expo was held at the Guiyang International Ecological Conference Center. Liu Yang, general manager of the Urban Cloud of Huawei Cloud Computing Technology Co., Ltd. China, shared a keynote speech entitled "One City, One Cloud, One Model to Accelerate the Intelligent Upgrading of Cities and Pillar Industries" at the meeting.
The "one city, one cloud" reference architecture was jointly released by Huawei, the National Academy of Information and Communications Technology, and the Changsha Data Bureau in 2021. Through several years of practice, it has been widely recognized by the industry and has now basically become a consensus. After the rapid development of artificial intelligence in the past two or three years, Huawei has further extended the reference architecture and connotation on this basis. At the beginning of this year, Huawei proposed the development concept and reference architecture of "one city, one cloud, one model" to the National Information Center and made relevant explanations.
“One city, one cloud, one model” can be summarized as “three combinations” and “three ones”, namely, the combination of computing power, the combination of models, and the combination of planning, construction and operation.
As an innovative practitioner of city + AI, Huawei has created a smart assistant service in Shenzhen. Through massive government knowledge, it has become a warm and professional government service smart assistant, improving the efficiency of convenient services. In terms of urban governance, the video detection and analysis capabilities of the Pangu security perception model are used to go deep into municipal inspection scenes, accurately identify hot events, and create a fast-reaching and intelligently responsive urban governance action community.
In addition to the government affairs big model, Huawei's Pangu big model is actively combined with traditional industries, and has successively launched big models for railways, meteorology, mining, medicine and other industries, providing advanced algorithms and solutions for various industries. For example, in the railway industry, Huawei cooperated with the Beijing Railway Institute to apply the Pangu big model to the inspection of EMUs. A EMU has more than 32,000 fault detection points, and it usually requires hundreds of staff to complete daily inspections. The Pangu big model adds more latitude data processing and understanding capabilities, which can solve problems that traditional mechanisms cannot solve, and will be further extended to the fields of urban rail and subway transportation in the future. In terms of meteorology, Huawei and the Shenzhen Meteorological Bureau released the Pangu meteorological big model. Based on Huawei's Pangu meteorological big model and integrating regional high-quality meteorological data, it can quickly obtain the spatial weather in Shenzhen and its surrounding areas for the next five days, including temperature, rainfall, wind speed and other elements. In the field of medicine, Huawei and Tasly Group jointly developed the Pangu Medicine Big Model in May this year. The model was trained with more than 40 million documents and more than 1,000 ancient Chinese medicine books. It summarized knowledge and experience from ancient and modern documents, enabled the screening and optimization of prescriptions, and shortened the R&D cycle from ten years to several months.
