Beijing News reported that on August 23, the "Access to the World Prospers" - Greenland Group's Partner Entrepreneurs Enter the Sub-Center of the City event was held under the guidance of the Management Committee of the Canal Business District in Tongzhou District, Beijing, and hosted by the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Regional Management Headquarters of Greenland Group. At the event, Tongzhou Greenland Central City, located in the core of the Canal Business District, was officially launched, accelerating the creation of a new landmark for the Canal Business in the Sub-Center of the City.
As an important engine for the development of the capital, Beijing's sub-center carries the important mission of optimizing the economic structure and enhancing urban functions. The Canal Business District is the main carrier of the business service functions of the "3+1" functional sector of the sub-center, and is also a pilot and demonstration area for the sub-center to develop "high-tech" industries and achieve high-quality development.
During the investment promotion session, Meng Xiangwei, member of the Party Working Committee and deputy director of the Management Committee of the Canal Business District, combined the construction and development of the sub-center and the Canal Business District in recent years, and promoted it from multiple dimensions such as policy environment, industrial layout, and location advantages, providing investors with clear policy guidance and support.
It is understood that the Beijing Tongzhou Greenland Central City project is located in the core area of the Canal Business District in the sub-center, close to the Tongyunmen subway station. The total construction area of the project is 278,000 square meters, including about 130,000 square meters of super-high-rise landmarks and high-end corporate headquarters office buildings, about 36,000 square meters of business apartments and 36,000 square meters of commercial centers. The project consists of three plots: Jingfeng, Lingfeng and Yunfeng. At present, the construction of the Jingfeng plot has been basically completed and will be put into use at the end of December this year; the Lingfeng plot has been fully started this year and is scheduled to be completed by the end of December 2026.
