According to Fast Technology on August 24, BYD released the official pictures of the Haibao 06GT today.The car is hailed as "the industry's first two-box rear-wheel drive pure electric steel cannon" and is scheduled to debut at the Chengdu Auto Show on August 30.

Judging from the official pictures, the front design of the Seal 06GT inherits the design language of the Seal series and is equipped with an exaggerated aerodynamic kit. The sides of the body are also equipped with significantly enlarged side skirts, which enhances the sporty feel of the vehicle.

The vehicle's taillights adopt a through-type design.There is a finishing touch on the trunk and the body, which creates a double visual impact. Coupled with the low-lying shape, it gives people a "fierce King Kong" feeling.

According to previously disclosed information, the SEAL 06GT offers two power options: single-motor rear-wheel drive and dual-motor four-wheel drive.

Among them, the single-motor rear-wheel drive has two optional options of 160 kW and 165 kW; and the dual-motor is equipped with a front AC asynchronous motor and a rear permanent magnet synchronous motor, with a maximum power of 110 kW and a maximum power of 200 kW respectively. The system has a maximum horsepower of 421, and the power performance is very strong.
