Culture and tourism go hand in hand, and tourism thrives because of culture. On August 17, along with the launch of the Cultural Center Service Promotion Month and the "Spring of the Ancient City" Art Festival - Travel with Art, the District Cultural Center organized professional teachers to lead more than 10 children to the Shijingshan District Stone Carving Museum in Moshikou, where they learned more about the stone carving art of Shijingshan District through art training + cultural and tourism integration.

The Shijingshan District Stone Carving Museum was built on the tomb of Tian Yi, a Beijing-level cultural relic protection unit. It is a thematic museum that focuses on collecting, displaying, researching and protecting the stone cultural relics in Shijingshan District. Here, under the guidance of teachers from the District Cultural Center, the children turned into little explorers, holding treasure maps in their hands, following the art picture book "Carving Stone Light", boarding the time and space train, using brushes to depict history, and exploring the historical context and cultural connotations behind the stone cultural relics. By studying and copying the interesting picture book, the children remembered the historical allusions behind the stone cultural relics, and personally "dressed up beautifully" for the stone flower patterns in the art picture book "Carving Stone Light". In the final questioning session, the children gave full play to their imagination and gave clever answers. There was laughter and joy on the scene, and the children all gained a lot.

This event was held three times during the Cultural Center Service Promotion Month in August, and this was the first one. Next, the District Cultural Center will continue to organize more and more exciting activities to make "poetry and distance" go from a beautiful vision to people's real life.
