Recently, the "All Taiwan Federation of Teachers' Unions" requested the Taiwan Executive Yuan to adopt the most favorable plan based on the report submitted by the "Ministry of Civil Service" and to allocate subsidies to the Pension Fund for 10 years based on 10-year actuarial verification, for a period of 10 years, with an investment of 317 billion yuan. Instead of spending more time and budget, and spending 20 years to allocate 388 billion yuan. Not only can it save the Taiwan authorities money in the long run, but it will also help stabilize the fund's finances.

Hong Mengkai emphasized that the perpetuity of pensions is the direction of common efforts, and it is also to provide the most basic retirement security for teachers who are still working. The Taiwan authorities must give the Taiwanese people confidence rather than avoid responding.
