China News Service, Harbin, August 22 (Reporter Zhou Di, Wang Nina) On the evening of August 21, the 36th "Promotion Cup" International Basketball Competition of Heilongjiang Province ended at the Jixi Sports Exhibition Center. The Black Panther Basketball Club from Mongolia won the men's championship, Beijing Normal University and East China Jiaotong University won the second and third places in the men's group. Khabarovsk University of Russia won the women's championship, and the Liaoning Provincial Experimental Club Youth Women's Basketball Team and Ordos Tianjiao Basketball Club won the second and third places in the women's group.

The five-day event opened on August 17. A total of 6 teams from Russia and Mongolia and 8 teams from Beijing, Guangdong, Qinghai and other places participated, with about 220 participants. The 8 men's basketball teams and 6 women's basketball teams are all college students.
