IT Home reported on August 22 that according to the latest report released by application intelligence company Appfigures, Anthropic's Claude mobile application unlocked new achievements, and the total application revenue on Google Play Store and Apple App Store exceeded 1 million US dollars (IT Home Note: currently about 7.132 million RMB).

However, Claude still ranks far behind its main competitor ChatGPT, which ranks first in total downloads and 26th in revenue on the U.S. iOS platform. In the productivity category, Claude ranks only 95th in downloads and 68th in revenue.

Claude received a rather lackluster response in its first week on the shelves, with global downloads totaling only 157,000.

In comparison, ChatGPT’s mobile app was installed 480,000 times within the first five days of its iOS-only launch in the U.S., and it took just three weeks to reach $1 million.

However, Claude is still ahead of Microsoft's Copilot and Perplexity, which took 19 and 22 weeks respectively to reach the $1 million figure.
