According to data released by the Passenger Car Market Information Joint Committee, in July, the retail sales volume of the domestic new energy passenger car market was 878,000 units, a year-on-year increase of 36.9%; the penetration rate reached 51.1%, an increase of 15 percentage points over the same period last year, and the monthly retail penetration rate exceeded 50% for the first time.

The body workshop with the highest degree of automation has extensively applied laser online measurement technology, visual gripping system, visual gluing monitoring system, group control system, etc., to achieve 100% online real-time monitoring of process parameters, gluing quality and body-in-white dimensional accuracy, so that the body matching is uniform and consistent.

In terms of manufacturing technology, the factory has a flexible production line for steel-aluminum hybrid bodies, which can flexibly produce all-steel bodies and steel-aluminum hybrid bodies to meet the production needs of different models. At the same time, the factory integrates digitalization into every link of car manufacturing, and records the manufacturing process and parts information throughout the process. Even as small as a bolt, the process can be controlled and traceable for life. All production data of a car during the production process will be recorded in the database and kept for at least 20 years.
All the core KPIs of the Beijing Auto Blue Valley Arcfox Magna factory are synchronized with the Magna Steyr factory in Europe, and the data of each vehicle produced is also transmitted in real time and monitored at the same frequency.
