Relevant persons in charge from the Municipal Education Bureau, China Telecom Baoji Branch, and China Mobile Baoji Branch attended the meeting.

At the meeting, China Telecom Baoji Branch and China Mobile Baoji Branch reported on the operation of the "Internet + Open Kitchen and Bright Stove" platform, existing problems and next plans. The heads of relevant departments of the Municipal Market Supervision Administration and participating units conducted extensive exchanges and discussions on the problems encountered during the operation of "Internet + Open Kitchen and Bright Stove", such as low merchant online rate, irregular camera installation position and angle, and imperfect working mechanism, and discussed solutions.

The meeting required that, first, we must fully recognize the importance of the "Internet + Bright Kitchen and Bright Stove" work. Food safety involves the public and everything is related to people's livelihood. In particular, campus food safety is the most direct and realistic livelihood issue, and it is imperative to promote the iterative upgrade of "traditional supervision" to "smart supervision"; second, we must clarify the division of responsibilities and implement them one by one. The promotion of "Internet + Bright Kitchen and Bright Stove" is led by the responsible department of the Municipal Market Supervision Administration, and guaranteed by operators and education departments. We must strengthen communication and coordination, gather strength, and jointly promote it; third, we must focus on the big and let go of the small, and find the right problems. Taking medium and large catering companies, unit canteens, nursing homes, school canteens and other key catering service units as the entry point, we will find out the problems in the operation process and establish a problem ledger. In response to the problems found, multiple parties will work together and implement policies in a classified manner; fourth, we must strengthen positive publicity and focus on effectiveness.
