Yangzi Evening News reported on August 19 (Reporter Jin Yuxi, Correspondent Lan Fubin) On August 19, the Nanjing Pukou District Jinsui Road EPC project undertaken by China National Nuclear Corporation Huaxing reached an important milestone - the project successfully completed the completion acceptance. The new semester is about to start. After the school is put into use, it will be officially named Nanjing Pukou District Experimental School and will welcome the first batch of students in September.
The Jinsui Road Middle School Project is located in Qiaolin Street, Pukou District, north to Longgang Road, south to Duying Road, west to Jinsui Road, and east to Lanqiao Phase 7 resettlement housing. The total investment of the project is 328 million yuan, with a total construction area of about 31,207.85 square meters, including about 21,672.95 square meters of above-ground construction area and about 9,534.9 square meters of basement construction area. It is built as an 8-track 24-class junior high school, including 2 teaching buildings, 1 experimental building, 1 comprehensive building, 1 weatherproof playground building and sports field.
The school's commissioning will increase the supply of school places and enrich educational resources in the Qiaolin New City area, effectively alleviating the pressure of enrollment in the area. While meeting the needs of nearby people for quality education, it will also provide a solid guarantee for the balanced and sustainable development of Pukou District's education.
"In order to ensure the rapid and good construction of the school project, we overcame various unfavorable factors such as high temperature and rainy weather during the main construction period, performed our duties conscientiously, worked hard, and completed the construction task in an orderly manner." Project leader Wang Pandeng told reporters that the project aims to address the problems of traditional campus buildings with monotonous functions, limited outdoor activity space for students, and difficulty in parking for parents to pick up and drop off their children. It incorporates "multi-level communication space", "diversified outdoor space" and "three-dimensional space expansion" into the design concept to innovatively create a multi-dimensional shared campus.
The reporter learned that during the construction of the project, the project focused on ensuring progress and safe production, strictly controlled safety, quality and progress, and comprehensively improved the project's refined management capabilities. It has won honors such as Nanjing Smart Construction Site, Nanjing Differentiated Management Construction Site, Nanjing Construction Standardized and Civilized Demonstration Construction Site, and Nanjing Construction Site Dust Control Red List.
