Chen Yiqin said that people-to-people exchanges are an important part of China-Russia relations. Chen Yiqin pointed out that the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee emphasized the expansion of international cultural exchanges and cooperation, which will inject new impetus into China-Russia cultural cooperation.
