On August 19th, the Information Office of the People's Government of Zaozhuang City held a press conference on the development of Zaozhuang's high-end equipment industry in the first half of 2024. At the meeting, Yan Jingyun, member of the Party Leadership Group and deputy director of the Municipal Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Promotion Center, introduced that digital transformation is an important direction for the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry. The Municipal Intelligent Manufacturing Center vigorously promotes the application of digital, networked, and intelligent production tools, deepens the digital transformation of the industry, strengthens the integration and application of digital technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, the Internet of Things, and the Industrial Internet, accelerates the construction of digital workshops and smart factories, and accelerates the promotion of industrial enterprises from "smart transformation and digital transformation" to "smart manufacturing and digital manufacturing".
Implement the “1070” action plan for intelligent and digital manufacturing.We will regularly carry out the diagnosis and empowerment docking activities of "intelligent manufacturing and digital manufacturing" for enterprises through centralized docking and "point-to-point" docking, carry out supply and demand docking, case scenario release, service provider roadshow, on-site observation, and promote manufacturing enterprises to accelerate the pace of intelligent digital transformation. Boost the digital and intelligent upgrade of enterprises through the “three pushes”.Dynamically update the "three lists of smart manufacturing and digital manufacturing", namely the "three lists" of planned implementation, ongoing implementation, and completed implementation, support the promotion, application and output of cloud-based software products and solutions for local enterprises, invite domestic high-end resource institutions to hold enterprise intelligent digital transformation promotion meetings, and organize and lead specialized institutions and industry experts to provide "centralized coaching" and "one-on-one guidance" to enterprises. Recently, the industrial Internet platforms of two companies, Huasu Intelligent Technology and Ruilong Machinery, were shortlisted for the list of provincial key platforms, and the industrial Internet platform of Weida Precision entered the provincial reserve platform.
Strengthen the functions of "Zaozhuang Intelligent Manufacturing Public Service Platform"Excellent suppliers are invited to join the Zaozhuang Intelligent Manufacturing Public Service Platform. Currently, there are 21 intelligent manufacturing system solution providers on the platform, including provincial-level and above system solution providers such as Xinjinshan and Yiwei Automation, colleges and universities such as Zaozhuang University, and internationally renowned intelligent manufacturing service providers such as Hexagon, Siemens, and ABP. The platform provides "online + offline" integrated services for the "smart transformation and digital transformation" of enterprises across the city, and promotes industrial enterprises to accelerate their transformation and leap towards high-end, intelligent, and green development.
