Chinese team coach Kuang Qi was elected the best coach of the tournament, and main attacker Li Chenxuan was named the Most Valuable Player (MVP).

A total of 8 teams participated in this event. In the group stage, the Chinese team defeated the Chinese Macau team and the Chinese Taipei team, and then lost to the Japanese team, and advanced to the semi-finals as the second in the group. In the semi-final against the North Korean team, the Chinese team fought hard for 5 games and defeated the opponent.

Facing the Japanese team again in the final a few days later, the Chinese team learned from the experience and lessons of the group stage, made targeted changes, and finally won the game in three straight sets and won the championship.

Kuang Qi said, "We learned from the previous defeat and made arrangements for the opponent's two strong attacks and one receiving. Then we also used serves to contain the two weak points of the Japanese team's receiving serve."

It is understood that the Chinese team was mostly born in 2006 and 2007, and participated in this competition less than 10 days after its formation. Kuang Qi said that the main goal of this competition was to gain experience, and the results were not considered at first. "We sent young players, and the opponents were mostly adult teams, so we mainly wanted our players to learn the application of technology and playing methods on the field," he said. "The tacit understanding between the players was developed through running-in in one game after another. Everyone is very motivated and their performance is becoming more and more mature."

The Japanese team and the North Korean team won the second and third place respectively in this competition.
