So a Ukrainian counterattack against Russia or even an invasion of Russian territory is one of the combat action styles that have been studied and discussed. It can even be confirmed that before the Ukrainian army's major counterattack in the summer last year, Ukraine's combat plan must have included the option of launching an attack on Russian territory, and it was discussed with US NATO military advisers, but the conditions were not ripe at the time and it was not adopted.

It is not the truth, but the discussion of the combat operation style and the actual determination of the combat plan and its formal approval to the other side's government are not the same thing.
