China Mobile IoT and Heilongjiang Mobile jointly build a network centralized dispatching platform

Recently, China Mobile IoT Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Mobile IoT") has collaborated with Heilongjiang Mobile to build a province-wide centralized network dispatching platform to respond to Heilongjiang Mobile's requirements for immediate analysis and improvement of abnormal cutovers, and effectively ensure stable and efficient communication services.
The centralized network dispatching platform integrates three core functions: network cutover control, important security scenarios, and video operations room. Network cutover involves the replacement of old and new equipment and system upgrades, which may cause service interruptions and even data loss. The dispatching platform helps Heilongjiang Mobile to achieve full process control of new equipment access to the network, implement refined management of each cutover plan, and carry out conflict verification and timeout IVR reminders. In addition, the platform also supports one-click copying of work orders, appointment cancellation processes, and decentralized cutover control, which greatly improves the convenience and flexibility of operations and improves the efficiency and safety of cutover work.
In terms of building important security scenarios, the platform is able to carry out security tasks during major events or festivals. With the help of the linkage and collaboration of PCs and large screens, it ensures unimpeded communications at critical moments, providing Heilongjiang Mobile with more reliable service guarantees.
As a highlight of the platform, the video war room has real-time video functions and strengthens remote collaboration capabilities.
