Among them, the revenue growth trend of Internet platform advertising business is obvious.
The advertising industry connects production and sales and is an important force in promoting market consumption and unblocking economic circulation. According to a statistical survey conducted by the State Administration for Market Regulation on 857 leading enterprises and institutions in the advertising industry, the above-mentioned enterprises achieved advertising business revenue of 648.5 billion yuan (RMB, the same below) in the first half of the year, a year-on-year increase of 4.0%.
Digital advertising uses information technology to achieve strong interactivity and multi-scenario, and has obvious advantages in accurately reaching consumers and improving product marketing efficiency. In the first half of the year, the Internet advertising revenue of leading enterprises and institutions reached 295.82 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 14.8%. Among them, the mobile Internet advertising revenue was 263.04 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 26.3%. Internet advertising business accounts for nearly 80% of the total amount of various media publishing business.
Internet platform advertising revenue is high and showing a rapid growth trend. At present, Internet platforms have become the main carrier and communication channel for advertising. In the first half of the year, the top 10 companies in terms of advertising revenue were all Internet platform-related operating entities, with a total advertising revenue of more than 200 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 35.6%, higher than the industry average growth rate. The rapid growth of Internet platform advertising revenue has become an important force driving the development of the industry.
In the first half of the year, advertisers continued to increase their marketing efforts, effectively promoting product and service sales. The total retail sales of consumer goods increased by 3.7% year-on-year, showing a steady growth trend and a diversified trend.
