Ambassador Zhang Hanhui systematically expounded and deeply interpreted the great significance of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and the rich connotations of the "Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Further Comprehensively Deepening Reforms and Promoting Chinese-style Modernization". He stressed that the plenary session sent a clear signal that reform and opening up in the new era will be carried out to the end, which will bring more opportunities for China and Russia to deepen pragmatic cooperation and promote mutual development and revitalization.
Melnikov, first deputy chairman of the Russian State Duma and chairman of the Russian-Chinese Friendship Association, said that China's successful experience in reform and opening up is worth learning from, and its determination to further deepen reform is admirable.
