On August 16, the Wuhan Hydrogen Energy Technology Industrial Park Planning Release and Industry Promotion Activity was held by the Wuhan Economic Development Zone Management Committee and the Wuhan Automobile Industry Chain Promotion Team. The Wuhan Hydrogen Energy Technology Industrial Park was officially unveiled and construction started. Five high-quality hydrogen energy industry projects with a total investment of over 3 billion yuan were settled in Junshan New Town, Wuhan Economic Development Zone. Wuhan Economic Development Zone has accelerated the construction of the national hydrogen energy industry demonstration core area, and has taken another solid step in helping Wuhan accelerate the construction of China's hydrogen energy hub city.

Hydrogen energy leads the new wave of global energy revolution and is one of the important engines to promote the comprehensive green transformation and development of the economy and society. Hubei Province's "Several Measures on Supporting the Development of the Hydrogen Energy Industry" clearly pointed out that the Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone will be used as the core to build a national hydrogen energy industry demonstration core area.
