On August 14, the website of Shijiazhuang Municipal Natural Resources and Planning Bureau released a notice on the pre-approval public announcement of the design plan for the Lanyi Road Primary School construction project. The public announcement period is 10 days.
The project is located south of Lianmeng Road, west of Lianxi Street, east of West Second Ring Road, and north of Lanyi Road in Xinhua District, Shijiazhuang City. The land is used for primary school and is handled normally. It is planned to build a primary school.
The project's general plan and economic and technical indicators show that the total planned land area of the Lanyi Road Primary School construction project is 23,191.1 square meters (34.79 acres). The total construction area is 15,754.58 square meters, including 13,065.35 square meters of teaching buildings, 2,301.3 square meters of comprehensive buildings, and 8,121.03 square meters of green space. The plot ratio is 0.66 and the greening rate is 35.02%.
There are 6 tracks and 36 classes, with a planned enrollment of 1,620 students and 86 faculty members. There are 52 parking spaces for motor vehicles and 342 parking spaces for non-motor vehicles.
In addition, the project master plan shows that the main entrance and parent pick-up area of Lanyi Road Primary School are located on Lanyi Road, and the secondary entrance and exit of the school are located on Lianmeng Road. Shijiazhuang Metro Line 3 Xisanzhuang Station is nearby.
