In order to effectively prevent the occurrence of safety accidents, on the morning of August 14, a training experience activity for 10,000 front-line employees in Jinshan District was launched at the Jinshan District Safety Production Perception Center. The activity aims to enhance the safety awareness and safety skills of corporate employees through on-site experience of various safety simulation projects.
At the event, frontline workers and construction workers from various enterprises in Jinshanwei Town wore safety helmets and took turns to experience the feeling of being hit on the head by unknown objects in a specific environment. They also experienced a number of safety experience projects, such as the feeling of a safety belt pendant and working at height, and gained a more objective and comprehensive understanding of the risks of the operation.
"The key feature projects are falling from heights and experiencing heights. By experiencing and wearing the equipment on site, we can understand the performance of these devices and their use in these working conditions, which can ensure that accidents are avoided in daily work." said Chen Jie, a lecturer at the Jinshan District Safety Production Sensory Center.
Different from traditional training, this training adopts an "immersive" experiential teaching method. It not only provides warning education and learning, but also on-site simulated practical experience. In a more intuitive and realistic way, students can feel the moment of the accident up close while watching, participating and experiencing, and further understand the dangers of production safety accidents and the severity of their consequences.
"In terms of training targets, we let those who are prone to accidents, such as sporadic inspection and maintenance workers and street shop decoration and decoration personnel, receive training as soon as possible to minimize and avoid the occurrence of accidents." said Sheng Wei, Party Secretary and Director of Jinshan District Emergency Management Bureau.
So far, the Jinshan District Emergency Management Bureau has carried out 96 training and experience activities with the District Work Safety Sensory Center, with a total of 7,136 participants, and it is expected that 10,000 people will be trained by the end of September. Next, the Jinshan District Emergency Management Bureau will also work with Jinshan Capital Management Group to promote the follow-up construction of the Work Safety Sensory Center, continue to enhance the basic safety knowledge of front-line employees in the district, and do its utmost to prevent and curb all kinds of safety accidents.
