The Liuzhou He Xiaoqing Volunteer Service Station is located in the core scenic area of Baili Liujiang River. It has been recruiting "He Xiaoqing" volunteers on a long-term basis to carry out volunteer service activities such as garbage clearance, civilized persuasion, water quality monitoring, garbage classification publicity, and waste utilization.
The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth League of Vietnam also has similar environmental volunteer projects. Xie Dinh Hoa, secretary of the Youth League Committee of Vietnam Institute of Finance and Economics, introduced that the Vietnam Communist Youth League regularly holds "Green Sunday" activities, where young people go outdoors to carry out volunteer work for environmental cleanup. Xie Dinh Hoa said: "In the future, I hope that the two countries can strengthen communication and exchanges on youth environmental volunteer activities."

In the ranking of water environment quality of national surface water assessment sections reported by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of China, Liuzhou has ranked first in the country for four consecutive years. As an important industrial city in Guangxi, Liuzhou enjoys the reputation of "beautiful mountains and waters among industrial cities, and strong industry among mountains and water cities".
Chang Suohu, deputy director of the Human Resources Department of the General Office of the Cambodian Ministry of Environment, stood by the Liujiang River and looked out at the green mountains and clear waters in the distance.
