Jiangle County has a forest coverage rate of 80.8%. In Fujian, the county took the lead in exploring and implementing the PPP project for the protection of forest resources in key ecological locations, jointly compiled the Sanming forestry carbon ticket group standard with the Shanghai Environment Exchange, and issued 44.95 million yuan in forest tickets; it worked with Shanghai and Nan'an to jointly build a green and low-carbon development model, further deepened forest reform, and continuously promoted the construction of ecological civilization to a new level.

During the event, companies such as Nantai Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship Service Company and Xiamen Juecheng Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. subscribed and donated 50 tons of carbon neutral forest carbon sinks each to offset the carbon emissions generated by the event, allowing Jiangle Forestry Carbon Tickets to further break through geographical restrictions.

In recent years, Jiangle County has actively explored and implemented the forestry carbon ticket system, formulated forestry carbon sink management measures, encouraged carbon-emitting enterprises, large-scale event organizers, the general public, etc. to fulfill their social responsibilities by purchasing forestry carbon sinks, and formed a complete local forestry carbon sink ecological product value realization mechanism.

At present, the collectives of all towns and villages in Jiangle County have approved the natural forest collection and storage area of ​​about 156,000 mu, of which 59,000 mu have completed the natural forest collection and storage certification, and more than 34,000 mu are to be collected and stored. 16 "Forest Resource Income Certificates" have been issued, and 960,000 yuan in natural forest income has been paid.
