In the enthusiastic atmosphere of celebrating the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, with the theme of "The Most Beautiful Workers - We Are on the Road of National Rejuvenation", the film uses dynamic and static lenses to capture the simple temperament, focused moments and shining moments of the vast number of workers in the capital, and records the labor style, outstanding contributions and touching stories of the new era workers in the ordinary and great labor scenes from all directions and angles. Inherit and carry forward the spirit of model workers, the spirit of labor, and the spirit of craftsmanship, fully display the beautiful style and spirit of the new era workers, use labor to support dreams, move forward with determination through hard work, create the future through struggle, and strive to write a new glory for workers in the journey of national rejuvenation.

The trade unions of each district and industry organize the collection, preliminary evaluation, and nomination of one well-made original micro-video work and one photographic work to participate in the municipal collection. The Beijing Workers' Cultural Association invites expert judges to review the works and organize centralized exhibitions.

From July to August, trade unions at all levels organized the collection and preliminary selection of original micro-video works by Beijing employees titled "The Most Beautiful Workers - We are on the Road to National Rejuvenation", and selected one finished original micro-video work to participate in the city-level collection.

From August to September, the Beijing Workers' Cultural Association invited expert judges to review the recommended works and finally determine the list of winners.

From September to October, the Beijing Workers' Cultural Association will organize a concentrated publicity and exhibition of outstanding works.

1. Originality requirements: The entries must be original works by the contestants themselves or their organizations, and the copyright of the works must be confirmed. Plagiarism and infringement are strictly prohibited. The organizer does not assume any legal responsibility for disputes including (but not limited to) portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, copyrights, trademark rights, etc. If the above disputes occur, the qualification to participate in the event will be cancelled.

2. Work form: including documentaries, feature films, promotional films and other forms.

3. Duration of the work: Each work should be 3-5 minutes long and the content should be concise and complete.

4. Content of the work: It must be consistent with the theme of this solicitation, conform to the core socialist values, not involve state secrets or feudal superstitions, and not contain content that is prohibited or in conflict with national laws and regulations.

5. The work can be accompanied by Chinese subtitles, and a title and an ending credit must be produced. The title should include the name of the work, and the ending credit should reflect that it is produced by the union. No watermark logo may be added, and no commercial advertisement may be inserted.

6. The video format of the work should be MP4 high-definition format, shot in horizontal screen, with clear picture, resolution not less than 1920×1080, and the video size should not exceed 1G.

7. There is no limit on the shooting and production equipment, professional SLR cameras, high-pixel mobile phones, etc. are all acceptable.

8. Submission method: Submit the works through the designated email address ([email protected]), and ask the trade unions of each unit to fill out the "Beijing Employees' Original Micro-Video Works Recommendation Form for "The Most Beautiful Workers - We Are on the Road to National Rejuvenation"" and submit it with the works.

The specific settings and quantity of each award will be determined based on the actual number of works collected, and the winning works will be awarded corresponding certificates of honor.
