MINSK, August 14 (Xinhua) -- Belarusian Prime Minister Golovchenko said in a meeting with Luo Zhaohui, Director of the China International Development Cooperation Agency, in Minsk on August 14 that Belarus is willing to strengthen exchanges of experience in state governance with China and continuously enrich the connotation of the all-weather comprehensive strategic partnership between Belarus and China.
Golovchenko thanked the Chinese government for its valuable support and assistance for Belarus' economic and social development and improvement of people's livelihood, and expressed Belarus' willingness to continue to strengthen high-level exchanges with China, deepen practical cooperation, expand exchanges of experience in state governance, actively participate in high-quality joint construction of the "Belt and Road" and global development initiative cooperation, and constantly enrich the connotation of the Belarus-China all-weather comprehensive strategic partnership.
Luo Zhaohui said during the meeting that Belarus is a trustworthy friend and partner of China. Under the strategic guidance and personal promotion of the two heads of state, China-Belarus relations in the new era have maintained a high level of operation. The International Cooperation Agency is willing to work with the Belarusian side to implement the important consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries, actively promote the high-quality joint construction of the "Belt and Road" and the implementation of global development initiatives, and promote the continuous achievement of new results in practical cooperation between the two countries.
On the same day, Luo Zhaohui also met with Belarusian First Deputy Prime Minister Snopkov to exchange views on bilateral development aid and global development initiatives, and signed relevant development aid cooperation documents with Belarusian Minister of Economy Chebotary. During his visit to Belarus, Luo Zhaohui also inspected relevant aid projects on the spot.
